Seeking a lifestyle change, our client set their sights on the country and the possibilities of the East Coast — a fresh start called for a home to match. Working closely with them through a series of design options, we developed a light-filled home that met their expectations, budget, and needs — no easy trio to satisfy all at once. Careful consideration was given to the placement of outdoor living areas, roof overhangs, and windows, along with material choices, so the home can hold its own against anything the coast decides to throw at it.
